The plant utilizes"microwave pulse" blending technology and operates under an "OEM one-stop service source factory" model. Through deepened industry-academia-research collaboration with institutions such as the Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and by establishing storage depots in multiple regions, the company has built an efficient operational platform with a high degree of automation and intelligent management.

Our ServicesThe ZKLN R&D Center occupies 1,800 m² and comprises six specialized R&D laboratories, along with analysis and simulation evaluation rooms. It is equipped with over 100 advanced testing instruments, including ICP spectrometers and four-ball friction testers, ensuring precise control over product performance. The center holds dual CMA and CNAS certifications and has been accredited as a "Provincial Lubricant Circular Economy Laboratory" and "Provincial Technology Innovation Center."It is also recognized as a national high-tech enterprise. -
Our TeamA multidisciplinary R&D team of more than 20 members has been established, including six senior engineers with expertise in lubricants, polymer chemical engineering, and related fields. In collaboration with institutions such as the Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the center has built an "industry-academia-research-application" innovation consortium.
